This policy explains when you can cancel an order on Wadili and what follows from it. It forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
| Order stage | Can you cancel? | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Before the restaurant accepts | Directly in the app | Free of charge |
| After acceptance, before preparation starts | By contacting support | Usually free |
| After preparation has started | Normally not possible | Prepared items may be charged |
| After the delivery partner has collected it | Not possible | Full order value plus delivery fee |
Why? Prepared food is perishable and cannot be resold, and preparation begins as soon as the restaurant accepts the order.
Your order may be cancelled — at no cost to you — in the following cases:
Where we cancel, we notify you in the app and nothing is due from you. If you have already paid, the Refund Policy applies.
If the delivery partner reaches the address and cannot hand over the order because you are not present or do not answer within a reasonable waiting period, the order is treated as fulfilled and charged in full. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct before confirming.
Repeatedly cancelling after restaurant acceptance, or repeatedly refusing to receive orders without cause, may lead to your account being restricted or suspended.
A scheduled order can be cancelled free of charge before its preparation begins. Once preparation starts, the rules in the table above apply.
This policy does not limit your rights under the consumer protection laws of the State of Israel.
